Here's what to expect: Wildlife: You'll likely spot deer, squirrels, and birds. Proper trash management is essential (we provide secure bins) to avoid attracting bears. This isn't a concern—just part of being good stewards of the forest we share. Natural Elements: Occasional cobwebs, leaves, and pine needles come with forest living. We maintain the home meticulously, but Mother Nature moves faster than our cleaning schedule between the trees! Weather: Mountain weather can be unpredictable. While rare, winter storms or summer thunderstorms may occasionally cause temporary power or water interruptions beyond our control. We do our best to minimize any impact on your stay. These elements create the authentic mountain experience our guests cherish. As one reviewer said: "The forest setting made it feel like our own private sanctuary."
